Matthew is very professional and knowledgeable. He is reasonably priced, knows his stuff, and transparent. Honesty is a big thing with us. He did our home inspection last September , just before Hurricane Milton hit. He was very attentive to his job and explained anything my wife questioned him about. Even minor things that would need attention down the road , he explains it all! Definitely recommend Matthew and YRHI for your next inspection!!

We had a new roof put on and needed a wind midigation report for our insurance company. We called this company as recommended by our Roofing company. We were greeted on the phone with professionalism and courtesy. Matt’s office scheduled us right away and he showed up on time. He was very thorough, professional, and polite. He sent his report over to us the same day and we were able to forward that to our insurance company. I would recommend Matt and his team again and again. Highly satisfied with his service.

Had the Wind Mitigation survey done for insurance one day, insurance company then said ohhh we also need a 6 point inspection. They helped me out and came back out again the next day to do that inspection. Great company great service tech. Will definitely recommend.
