Scheduling was easy. Support staff was informative and helpful. The inspector (Paul) was amazing. Very through and helpful. Really cared about us understanding what he saw and feeling informed with all the information we needed. I can not say enough good things about ORF, honestly. So great.

Really from scheduling to the inspection itself I had a great experience. Scheduling was easy online and very transparent, communication leading up to the inspections was helpful and the person on the phone was always very nice and helpful with any questions I had. Paul was the primary inspector along with Brent/Brett (sorry) and they both showed up early, did a really thorough inspection around the inside and outside of the house, then took me around and explained anything of interest they found. Really all around delighted with the experience I had with them. Great customer service, seems like a good enough price, and great peace of mind!

Dave is so good. I like the way he explains things based on his findings, providing an honest assessment of goodness evaluation. He gave his recommendation on what to do regarding the negative findings. In that way, it’s kind of like giving us buyers an informed decision that will provide us with the upper hand.

David was extremely thorough and helpful. He truly understands his clients, and meets you right where you. He took extra time to explain details and answered all of my questions. You can tell he loves what he does! 100% recommend!

Terrific inspection. Scheduling was easy, inspection was thorough. We have only used one other inspection company prior to Orf because of the lackluster home inspections you seem to get now. Not here. Company is the best in the county and worth the price

My inspector, Paul was absolutely fantastic. Very thorough obviously, but he also made us the buyers very comfortable in the final walkthrough from addressing our concerns to explaining the ins and outs the new homes features. Thanks to Orf, and more specifically Paul, we will be moving into our new home happy and confident in its safety.
