Mike was timely, throughout, knowledgeable, and friendly. This is my first time buying a home so I had a TON of questions and he took additional time to answer all of them. Not only that but he had a compressive and detailed analysis to me within 24 hours. His report had photos, arrows and an explanation of what he found. I highly recommend him and I will use him again without hesitation!!!!
Mr Bersbach was very timely, friendly, professional, and did a great job. He was extremely knowledgeable and pointed some things out to us that we weren't aware of. We will definitely use his company again on any future purchases. We highly recommend!
Mike was very nice and made the inspection process easy for our duplex. He was on time and very informative about our situation as well as his services.
Do NOT use this inspector, aside from his unprofessional comments he made at time of inspection, he is not BBB certified. He missed numerous plumbing issues on our inspection and is unwilling to help or contact his liability insurance to assist us with the thousands of dollars we have lost out of pocket due to his lack of a thorough assessment. Please do thorough research on your inspector before you hire someone so you do not end up in our situation. 🙁
