Very thorough inspection. Kind and Honest. Inspected the Roof, the scuppers, the attic area, foundation, HVAC and they are even coming back out to do a Mold and Sewer Scope. Not their fault, the water wasn't on. Very efficient company to work with!

If you want a inspector that will create a report that helps you rip off the seller then you should hire Assured Property Inspections LLC. The 156 page report they create is full of false misleading information, hundreds of incorrect pictures. I believe the inspector was in cahoots with the realtor or home buyer to make the property look bad. One example - "door bell doesn't work, recommend replacing with ring camera". The door bell needed new batteries in the push button, it is not his place to recommend a costly door bell camera. Some home buyers are misled with scare tactics.
