Safeco Home Inspections, Inc.

My husband and I needed a home inspection before buying our first home, and Safeco Home Inspection helped make the inspection as smooth as can be. Mike Peters worked with our schedule to ensure we could get it done, despite his busy schedule. He went into detail explaining to us new home buyers what each aspect of the inspection was so that we understood every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable, skilled, thoughtful, kind, and hardworking. He was very thorough during his time at the inspection and in his report, leaving no stone unturned. We feel well prepared having the inspection completed before closing on our new home thanks to Safeco and specifically, Mike Peters. We would absolutely recommend Safeco to friends and family, as well as use them again ourselves.

We recently used Mike to inspect our potential new home, and we were very impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He conducted a comprehensive inspection of the property, explaining everything clearly and patiently. His report was thorough and easy to understand, and he was always available to answer our questions. We highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for a top-notch home inspector.

Mike was so nice from the moment I called and even advised to look through his website to get familiar with what he does. I look at reviews and saw that Mike had great ones so I decided to go with him. I did not regret it. He was so informative and gave us information straight and in ways we could understand and explained everything when we had questions. He even gave us advice on things that could be done to the house to help us do it on our own if we wanted to put work in. I got the report fast and was able to understand it with no problems and he is very open to answering any questions we have on it.

Mike Peters from Safeco Home Inspections, Inc provided my wife and I an amazing customer experience during our home inspection. Mike was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. I reached out to Mike on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and he responded the next day. He also took time out of his holiday to have a call with me regarding his services. Mike took great care during the inspection to show us the issues that he saw and to also provide details on what items needed to addressed. He wanted to make sure we asked questions and even would go back to prior rooms to review questions. MIke's information he provided was fair and honest. His assistance was greatly appreciated for first time home buyers. Even after the inspection, Mike has kept in contact to ensure any concerns are addressed. We highly recommend Safeco Home Inspections.

Mike did an amazing job, very professional, great communication skills, showed up early for the appointment. The inspection report was done quickly and was thoroughly documented. I highly recommend! Thanks Mike for the amazing jobs.

Mike Peters is incredibly knowledgeable about all home systems. As an agent, I highly recommend him to my clients, and I've seen him patiently explain all components of a home to home buyers, including my own home. He then provides a professional report with clearly labeled pictures and information. His positive and friendly demeanor are a great compliment to his professional inspections.

Working with Mike from Safeco was a pleasure! He was very easy to get in contact with and accommodating with scheduling the inspection. Being a first time home buyer, it was our first time going through the process. But Mike was very patient and thorough with his inspection. I appreciated him walking us through any issues as well as routine maintenance. Highly recommend Safeco for any inspection. They're knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced!
