Jeff was an absolute gem to work with! His messages leading up to the inspection were super helpful and informative. During the inspection, he patiently walked me through how to operate things that aren't part of everyday use, which I really appreciated. He took his time, answered all my questions thoroughly, and even let me know I could reach out afterward if anything came up. That kind of support means a lot! Jeff was incredibly kind and made me feel confident and excited about my new home purchase!

Jeff was not only thorough and professional in his inspection of our (hopefully) new home, he took time to make a genuine connection with us as buyers to understand any areas of concern that may not have been otherwise covered.
