Hired Jason to conduct a mold test in my apartment complex, his (negative) results were completely inaccurate. I feel as if Jason went behind my back and let my apartment complex representatives know that I was conducting a mold test in my building. I took the liberty to hire two (2) other mold testing companies and there results were much different than Jason's. Don't waste your time, money, or energy on this guy.

Jason at Same Day Mold Testing was professional, courteous, fast and efficient. I could not be more satisfied with the experience. I scheduled an inspection after hours via the Same Day Mold Testing website, and Jason was at my home the very next morning. He was courteous and articulate throughout the inspection, and even took the time to explain to me what he was looking for as he carried out a thorough review of the property. He pointed out potential areas of concern, but did not suggest any unnecessary lab work or add-on services. Finally, he charged a fair price and delivered the written report on the same day. I'd highly recommend Jason / Same Day Mold Testing to anyone in need of a fast and convenient mold inspection service.

Paid this guy (think his name was Jason) few hundred bucks to test visible black mold in my apartment and he came back with negative results. Luckily I received 2 other opinions that contradicted his false results. I think "Jason" contacted the management of my building and received some kind of financial kick back in order to report results which were beneficial to the corporate apartment complex. This one man company is definitely not recommendable.

As a real estate professional, I have Same Day Mold Testing come out and test various properties to help my clients with their needs. Most recently, I had an issue that needed to be investigated immediately due to the deadlines we have set in our escrow period. They sent an inspector out the following morning to Orange County. He expediently inspected the property and we were able to receive lab results the following morning! With the report provided, we were able to present the information to the Sellers for negotiation purposes.

I highly recommend Same Day Mold Testing. I was able to schedule them last minute for a job that I needed to have finished quickly. Kraig Gloster was highly professional; he performed his job quickly and explained everything to me in clear detail. Even though it was late in the day I really appreciated that he made sure to get my samples to the lab so they could the get results to me on the same day.

I called Jason at Same Day Mold Testing around 6pm. He was at my location by 7:15 that evening! I was amazed at that time of evening to even get a real live human to answer the phone much less show up that same evening to conduct the test. I would highly recommend Jason and his company. Prompt, courteous, professional and reasonably priced.

Same Day Mold Testing made themselves available to conduct my mold inspection within just a few hours. The inspector showed up on time and even gave a call ahead with an ETA to confirm the appointment. My wife and I were sure that we had some sort of a mold problem. However, after the visual inspection our mold inspector informed us that there were no elevated moisture readings and no serious problem but we could do some air sampling.  I would strongly recommend this company as they have  displayed the selflessness all companies should provide.
