Chad and is team were such a pleasure to work with. Every time I called the office, I was greeted by a very friendly representative who was always extremely helpful. Chad was punctual for all appointments and I received the inspection reports extremely quickly. We also requested Chad to do a re-inspection of the home to double check the builders updates, and he accommodated this request in such a timely manner. Chad was prompt, honest, and took his time looking at every detail. I've bought and sold many homes before, but this is my first experience buying a home in Texas. Chad came highly recommended and now I know why. GC Home Inspection does a very thorough job and leaves no detail behind. This was my first home buying experience and they were very helpful and willing to explain the process, over the phone, while I was setting up the appointment. After receiving the inspection, and I did opt for the thermal imaging, I reviewed the report and had a clear idea of what condition the house was in. Additionally, my realtor reviewed the inspection report as well and was extremely impressed by the inspector, Chad, and the great attention to detail during the inspection and notated on the report.
