Rick did an incredible job inspecting our new home! He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and gave a wonderful explanation of his inspection findings. I would highly recommend!

We had Rick do a inspection on a house we were buying. This guy was hands down on spot of things. I knew what things to look for as we had been through the house a few times but he really went through the house nook and croony. But also explaining he's finding and offsetting later down the road expenses that can come with repairs. I felt very confident with closing him and would highly recommend him to anyone if they are interested in a property! Rick is the man! Hat off!

Rick did a fantastic job. Went to set up just the home inspection and he informed that he could do all of our inspections, a one stop shop. We went through him for all of our inspections, he was quick with responses, answered every question and was very detailed with all inspections. When we walked through the house inspection, I appreciated how down to earth he is and he was willing to take the extra time to show/explain something he found or if yourself had a question. Got a very long and detailed inspection sheet with colored pictures and a list of the issues that were found. I will always recommend him to anyone needing inspections when buying a house. Keep up the great work.
