Inspection Now

I recently had my home inspected by Inspection Now. From the first phone call, speaking with Fernanda, through the inspection with Luiz it was a very positive experience. Both were very professional and courteous. The turnaround time to get my inspection reports was great. I had my reports back by midday the next day. It’s always a pleasure working with a local family owned business. I would highly recommend Inspection Now.

Luiz was thorough and knowledgeable during the inspection, answering all my questions clearly. Fernanda kept in constant communication, which made the process smooth and reassuring. Bonus points for speaking Spanish and Portuguese! Highly recommend.

súper disrespectful. i wait al the day for the inspector and when And when he arrived, he simply said he couldn't perform the inspection, even though I asked if it would be possible in the rain. He made me waste my entire day waiting for him; it was easy to tell me over the phone that the inspection couldn't be done due to weather conditions. When I complained about his inconsistency, he only responded with profanity in Italian. I truly do not recommend this company.

Great company with great staff!! Pedro was very helpful scheduling my inspection. The turn around was extremely quick, and best price around. The inspector Fabio was excellent - provided a 30 minute precall, greeted me at the door, very professional and friendly. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. 10/10!!

Phenomenal, courteous, and undeniable great at their job. This company is a family operated business. I love how comfortable my inspecit Luis and Pedro made me feel on the call. They did not mind returning to our home when our insurance needed more repairs completed. Their prices are extremely fair. They were a referral and I thank God that I used this company. I cannot speak enough on how timely their reports are received. We were on crunch time and they delivered. Don't call anyone else but them.You will not regret it!!
