Everything went just as Devin Birch had said it would. The work was completed in the set time frame. The surveyor that came out stayed until I approved the number and location of all the markers. The lot included a gulley which made it more difficult. Thanks all!!!

I hired Austin Engineering to create a small subdivision for me. I had never done this before and had a million questions. They helped me navigate every aspect from a water main with all permitting, to easements and lot lines. They also worked with my attorney and local municipality to make sure we had all our bases covered.
