FM Homecheck

Fran took the time and patience to answer all of my questions and concerns about the property. Home Inspection report was in my email the very next day. I would recommend him! I'm very pleased with the service.

FM Homecheck was recommended to me by a real estate agent/friend. They were prompt in the response to my request for an inspection and we scheduled him a time to come out within two days to contacting him. I was very pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness of the inspection and Fran was very happy to answer all of our questions and gave great feedback. Highly recommend!

In need of a knowledgable, friendly and straightforward home inspector? Look no further than Fran. The entire process from start to finish was fantastic. The phone scheduling was easy, he was out in a matter of days and the results from the inspection were available in less than 12 hours. His report was extremely detailed with spot on photos and recommendations. If I could give more than 5 stars for his work, I absolutely would. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I would not recommend this company or Francis. Lack of GFI outlets were overlooked, was spoken to without courtesy, passed by circuit board because he deemed it inaccessible, was late, broke a peice of trim and banged on siding AND missed a kitchen full of black mold. The mold removal and unusable kitchen cabinetry cost me approx. $10,000 to replace. The signs in the kitchen should have been a red flag to someone with so much 'experience ' and a solid suggestion for me to have it looked at further, or renegotiate offer, should have been provided. And i was billed $500 for his lousy job. Do not use.

Very informative and thorough. I have had inspections before where I felt like we were going through the motions but here there was attention to detail and education that I really appreciated.

If you are searching for an excellent home inspector look no further and be grateful you found Fran! As a second-time home buyer I would highly recommend Fran for everyone's home inspection needs. Fran took his time, was very thorough and took the time to teach me exactly what he was seeing with each and every issue he found and teach me about the issue, thus providing a wealth of knowledge about the home I was purchasing. Fran detected several issues that I am sure would have gone undetected and caused later problems had he not been my inspector. He also wrote an extremely detailed yet easy to comprehend report on EVERY aspect of the home inspection - not just the problems. This excellent report gave us the insight and leverage to negotiate proper fixes with the seller.

Being a first time home buyer an inspection was very important to me. Francis from FM Homecheck was our inspector. Showed up on time and was very professional. He sat us down and went over his plan then we proceeded. He was very knowledgeable throughout the process. Would highly recommend FM Homecheck!
