Handy Dandy Randy is the name I gave to him because that is exactly what he was for me. Randy inspected two different properties for me as a first time home buyer and he made that portion of the process easier. His 30+yrs of experience shows in everything he does, he’s talented, educated and passionate about his work and he does it very well. His expertise helped me make a life long decision that I have no regrets of making. I also used Quality Pest to treat the termites Randy found on an inspection, again great service with great pricing.

Mr. Randy is an excellent professional and a very kind person. During the inspection, he paid attention to every detail in order to provide an accurate assessment of the house's condition. I had the pleasure of working with Randy at Quality Home Inspections, and I can't recommend him enough! He was extremely thorough during the inspection, paying close attention to every detail of the home. As someone who isn’t familiar with a lot of the technical jargon, Randy made sure to explain everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. The inspection took about three hours, and he provided a ton of information. He regularly checked in to see if I was feeling overwhelmed and never hesitated to answer any questions I had—no matter how basic they might have seemed. One of the things I really appreciated was how Randy would give me honest feedback about what was worth my time and energy to fix. He even went above and beyond by offering helpful tips on small repairs around the house that could save me money in the long run. At the end of the inspection, he made sure to ask if there was anything I needed further clarification on or wanted to go over again, making me feel completely taken care of.
