Don Meyler Inspections (DMI)

I recently had a Windstorm Inspection from DMI. The process from start to finish was seamless. I was informed of when and who would be coming out, and the inspectors arrived promptly on the day and time scheduled. They were very professional and respectful. The office staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, in particular I have to thank both Peter and Viren for answering my questions (I always have a lot of questions!) and guiding me on the process. I needed the reports as soon as possible for my insurance company and they really stepped up to make this happen. Thank you to Jennifer, Research Specialist for working into the evening to get this done. I will be recommending DMI to all my friends.

Just had a 4 point inspection at our home performed by DMI. Everything was perfect with this company from start to finish. Starting with the scheduling, Ashley was super friendly and extremely helpful in getting us a fast appointment. Our inspector Sean Nelson was right on time also super friendly and explained everything that would be involved in the inspection. Can’t say enough good things about this company, and how much of a pleasure it was to work with them. I highly recommend them for all your home inspection needs.

My insurance company wanted a wind mitigation inspection and recommended DMI, however I wasn’t forced to hire them. Calling to make an appointment the phone was answered promptly by the the friendliest person. The appointment was arranged for 3 days later. Jared showed up a few minutes early and was also friendly, told me exactly what he needed to do, he did it, then told me what he did and then told me when I would see the final report (which was early evening) A copy was sent to my insurance company as I requested and I also received a copy. The inspector also gave me a few questions to ask the insurance company as well. It was a very easy experience.

My home insurance is coming due & we have updated our home. I called DMI & got An appointment for 2 days later. The inspector came out & was very nice. He completed the inspection & I had my report to send insurance companies two days later. This enables me to get a fair quote from insurance companies. DMI was professional & very fair in their pricing. This is second time I used them & highly recommend.

I recently had DMI perform the 4 point Inspections at my home. It was carried out in a timely manner, and the staff was courteous. 1 item was pointed out that needed to be corrected before I could be approved for a new Homeowner insurance company. I took care of the issue and was promptly approved and was issued the newer lower cost insurance. I am a happy customer.

DMI recently did a wind mitigation inspection for me for insurance purposes. The inspector arrived on time. He was professional and courteous. He performed the inspection quickly and efficiently. He took a lot of pictures. The written report arrived timely. DMI was recommended by my insurance agent. I am pleased to add my personal recommendation to her professional recommendation.

I had used DMI for a 4 pt inspection and wind mitigation two years ago when in process of getting a new roof. I was satisfied with their detailed report, so I called them again for an updated 4pt inspection this year for insurance. They sent the same inspector, Mr. Olaya, who came within days of my call and again demonstrated professionalism and was very courteous. He did an excellent job making sure everything was captured in report and pictures even though it was raining. Highly recommend!
