April was awesome! She arrived early and began work on exterior. Time is always of the essence for Realtors so that was so appreciated. She was very efficient and competent. The professionalism of her report with excellent photos of areas of concern allowed us to get all repairs done AND it was New Construction! I give her a 10 if I could!!!
