Brian was extremely thorough and noticed things during our inspection that I probably wouldn’t have noticed until years later, when they started to cause an issue. He noticed cosmetic problems that, even I, a very observant woman, didn’t see after multiple visits to the home. He is very personable and knowledgeable . 10/10 would recommend. Great service. Very accommodating. Brian Gentry was a fantastic home inspector. He was professional, thorough and accommodating. I was in the process of buying a home from out of state and could not be there in person to view the property with Brian. Brian made sure that I was kept in the loop for every step of the process and was willing to wait for and meet with my family members, who were in the area, to do a walkthrough of the property even though they couldn't make it during his original inspection window. The report Brian provided was ready same day and was clear and concise with detailed descriptions of what he saw, recommendations, and pictures. Additionally, Brian made it very clear, verbally and in writing that he wanted this process to be as easy and stress free for me, the buyer, as possible and assured me that I could reach out to him at an time if I had questions or needs. 10/10 would hire again.
