Andrew and team were top-notch professionals! Inspection was completed in just a couple days. He also coordinated to have the roofing and sewer inspectors all come out on the same day, all within a few hours of each other. Inspection was super thorough. I had some questions afterwards and he even took the time to walk through the details and make recommendations on how to prioritize the repairs prior to listing my house. We contracted Western States Home Inspections to come out and do a full inspection on our new custom built home. Our previous inspector had retired and I was nervous about using someone new. This company very quickly satisfied those concerns and did a fantastic job going through our home and identifying things I would have never even thought to check.
