Mr. Cowley is professional and yet very personable; he did an absolutely wonderful job in providing a home inspection of an old family home in rural NC. Scheduling was easy and happened quite quickly after my initial inquiry. The report then followed promptly after the inspection. His quoted cost was affordable. He was thorough with his work; and he also explained to me what he was doing at each step during the inspection process, and answered any questions I had about buildings and structures. He didn’t mind me looking over his shoulder! He also used his drone camera to take photos of the roof, something which was never done at the time that I bought my first home 17 years ago. I was very grateful to have found this business!
