Home Inspector Pro Inspection Software

I was frustrated with trying to move over my software to another laptop and wasn't able to and once HIP staff jumped in and started helping me it took No time to get it transferred. They have always been there when I needed them. To me it was big but to them , they do this everyday They have A great Support group I so appreciate their help

I purchased the HIP website for $40 on July 12. It's now July 23rd, and still unable to access the website. Repeated attempts for tech support, but they just close the ticket. Would not recommend this company if you need assistance outside office house.

Home Inspector Pro has customer service bar none! I am DEEPLY IMPRESSED by the staff's quick replies, thorough helpfulness, and how they make sure you are taken care of. I have been using this software for over five years and I would not trade it for anything. There are tutorials, chats, and gees, just about anything you can think of. I would DEFINITELY recommend this report-writing software to everyone. If you are not using HIP, I HIGHLY recommend switching over. The mobile app is awesome, easy to use, and has a plethora of tools at your disposal. The only complaint I have is...NONE!!!! How come there isn't a ten-star review available? I'd definitely give you a 10. Wait, I know what. Maybe if I write another five-star review, that might count. Anyway, as great as this company, staff, and software are, there should be at least 600 five-star reviews. Thank you, Dom! Thank you, Travis. Thank you, Jason. After using simply everybody's trial inspection reporting programs, and buying and trying two others, I started using HomeInspectorPro. My regular customers and the Realtors that routinely refer me absolutely loved it! I "shopped" templates on the HIP forum and found one that I liked, tailored it to my needs, and I have been using it and tweaking it ever since. On a few occasions, over the years, I have needed some support from the guys at HIP and received the best customer service response that I have ever encountered. This combination of quality of product and perfect support makes me a big fan of this system.

I’ve been with Home Inspector Pro, software since 2015, been on Home Inspector Pro office for eight or nine months, it is the best system I’ve ever seen or worked with. There is no way you can compete with their service, if you have a problem either though chat, or Facebook group, or Dominic himself will answer your questions. I would recommend them to anybody that is serious about doing a good job at home inspecting. Hands-down.

About five years ago I started looking for a new software program to replace the antiquated program I was currently using. While there were a lot of accessible programs being offered by the 'big' guys, none of them met my criteria- I wanted a program that was first and foremost user friendly for my clients (i.e. easy to read and understand,) and second, easy for me to create/customize reports for my geographical location and types of inspections. After testing out numerous programs and being disappointed with the end product (most professed how easy their reports were to create for the inspector but, in the end, they were confusing to the end user,) I found Dominic Maricic and HomeInspector Pro. His HIP program is very to easy utilize/customize and my clients and realtors love the finished reports. Each report created is unique to the client you are serving; again it is very easy to read, understand and act upon. Another thing that sets Dominic and HomeInspector Pro apart from the others is his customer service and the ability to quickly reach him or his crew for assistance. From the outset, I was overly impressed with HIP's accessibility as I was creating my report templates and website. They are always extremely patient and helpful. I feel like I have them working solely for me. Bottom line is, my business would not be as successful as it currently is without Dominic and HomeInspector Pro's support and involvement. I have spent 3 months updating the TREC7-6, only to be told that I renamed the 7-5 to 7-6 and spent 200 hours update the old version. RUN RUN RUN I have been communicating with HIP the whole time, now they tell me I screwed myself. I would never falsify the title to a report and then spend hundreds of hours trying to fix it. Find a REAL home inspection report company. TRY SPECTRA they do not lie !!! The company has responded after hours of chat, too many emails, hundreds of hours of input, i am told I only need to spend a little more time to do what I thought I had done. I'm not TREC advisory, but I do need software that will work, without hundred of hours of bad input. An unhappy client. Lease remove the software that should not be used.
