I cannot recommend SFR strongly enough. I received personal service throughout the entire process, even before I signed the contract. When the inspection was complete, the inspector patiently explained the key features of the report in language I could understand and flagged the major items. The website has a report repair functionality that was extremely useful in creating lists of items to negotiate with the seller and in pricing the work I would pay for myself. SFR does not deserve five stars. They deserve more.

I hardly ever write review for any business. However. I think Ross did an amazing job for his inspection. This is the first time I bought house. I know nothing about inspection. Ross is very detailed oriented and responsible. His report is awesome. Also the price is affordable. Overall, I think Ross did phenomenal job.

Buying a house without Ross Nussle inspecting it first is like going skydiving without checking your parachute; technically possible, but not recommended. Ross is hands-down the MVP of home inspections. Scheduling with him is super easy, and his report? It’s like CSI: Home Edition—photos, videos, and detailed explanations that actually make sense (and won’t require a PhD to decode). He pointed out things we never would’ve noticed, like minor issues we could fix and bigger ones the seller definitely needed to handle. Because of Ross, we walked into negotiations armed like pros. Moral of the story: Hire Ross. Sleep better. Avoid surprises like busted HVACs or sketchy DIY electrical work. Skip Ross, and you might end up stuck with a broken A/C in August… don’t do that to yourself. Hire Ross. You’ll thank yourself later.

Ross was great! I loved the fact he explained everything in-depth, and let me review photos as he was going along during the inspection. I really felt at ease.
