My front porch had some cracks and an uneven area caused by a previous repair. Once contacted, Sergio came to my house to access what needed to be done to correct this. He quickly scheduled James, Adam, and Randy to correct these problems. The team showed up on time, took time to place protective shielding over my nearby window, doors, and vehicle. Throughout the entire repair, the team was very respectful, polite, and professional. Never were materials or tools left laying in my yard. I commented to them several times that I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I can't thank them enough.

Joe and his crew did a fine professional job installing new sump pump system and cleaning up crawl space due too flooding. Left crawl space clean and neat. Crew was respectful and courteous. Kept me informed throughout the project. Highly recommend their services

Kevin Kleiner came to our house and inspected our project. He was very knowledgeable and professional… Not just a pretty face. The jury is still out on whether we will do the job, but so far we were very impressed with Kevin.

Cannot recommend. We chose Mount Valley due to good reviews seemingly across the internet. We had problems at every step of the way including estimate, scheduling, and production. The original install team arrived and told us they couldn't do the work without removing our entire HVAC return system and major plumbing work, even though we specifically discussed this during estimate. They did tell us they could take it all apart, but "no guarantee we can put it back together." Then they told us there were "differing opinions" as to whether the work could be completed. On their second attempt, the production team "forgot" to tell us they moved our install date after we spent thousands to move some plumbing so they could work. They did not complete the work in the way they said they would (with tie downs), forcing us to withhold payment until they completed the job as described. And good luck getting a hold of the production crew, they refuse to answer their phones and their voicemail is full. Only thing that worked was going over their head to get Groundworks corporate involved. Ridiculous treatment for customers paying 5 figures for a major repair job.

Communication, or rather the lack there of in scheduling was terrible. I had to keep inquiring to get updates as to arrival date. However, when the crew arrived, they were thorough, efficient and completed the job within the time frame projected. David went over the job details, contract and payment. Job site remained clean and cleaned up afterwards. The whole crew maintained professionalism. I would recommend to others.

Brandon Sinclair came and did an inspection on foundation problems I have. He took pics and explained what it would take to fix the problem. I received great service from Brandon and would highly recommend him.
