Lepine Home Inspections LLC

I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Lepine for my home inspection, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Ryan is incredibly detailed, and doesn’t waste your time. He gets straight to the point while making sure you understand every key finding. He’s communicative, and blunt in the best way. What really stood out was how educative the process felt. He explained not just the issues, but the "why" behind them. It’s clear he has deep expertise and stands firmly behind his assessments. If you want someone thorough, no-nonsense, and knowledgeable, Ryan is the inspector to call. 10/10 would recommend

Ryan was fantastic! He was super thorough and patient, noticing every detail during the inspection. He even found tiny issues like a loose toilet and a leaking shower head, as well as some major safety issues. He explained the next steps to take clearly. Very friendly and efficient in creating the report, which was detailed and easy to understand. I would highly recommend his services and will definitely use him for any future home purchases.

Extremely honest and reliable home inspector. Ryan's reports are clear and easy to read. He has your interests in mind and will protect you from future liabilities beyond your means. I was provided with the information I needed to make an informed desicion on a home purchase. I will recommend his business on the basis of knowledge, skilled observations, experience, professionalism & honesty!

I waived inspection when purchasing my house and called Ryan to do a verbal inspection a few months after I moved in - mostly as a peace of mind to understand the house a bit more and to also get some professional opinion on a few problem areas. Ryan was beyond amazing with his wealth of knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to explain issues and their root causes. I really appreciate his candid approach in laying out all the options, the practicality of each, and allowing me, the homeowner, to make an educated decision for myself. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Ryan in the future.

Ryan was very thorough and showed an expertise and care way above expectations. He comes from a lineage of inspectors and he really knows his craft. Great for anyone trying to get the every detail on a potential home purchase. Worth every penny. He left his door open after the inspection to refer us to contractors as we began addressing items from our inspection. the referrals we got from his network were also of quality.

I just recently purchased my third house and this was my first time using Lepine Home Inspections for the inspection. This was, without a doubt, my best experience with a home inspection. I was purchasing the home site unseen because I was moving from out-of-state and would not be able to see the house before my move. Ryan was extremely thorough and knows the laws and codes better than anyone. He took the time to give me a detailed review of the inspection over the home since I was on a time crunch to get an offer in on the house. He also gave great recommendations on how to repair specific issues. I would highly recommend him for your home inspection.

Ryan was very thorough and detailed in his inspection of a home we were purchasing. He communicated his finding throughout the inspection and sent a detailed report with pictures and recommendations within 48 hours of the inspection. He was also very responsive with follow up questions. He was recommended to us through our agent and we will be recommending him to friends and family in the future.
