Mr Decker came out for an inspection of a property we were putting an offer in for and was great! For first time homebuyers he gave wonderful insight into what we should be looking out for in a home, and how to upkeep the appliances and utilities that we would have. Will performed the inspection of a condo unit from an early 1900's commercial brick building where I had some additional questions about the masonry elements of the building. He was extremely detailed and knowledgable with regard to the unit inspection itself (the best I have seen after several prior home purchases). What really impressed me was his knowledge and advice on what to do beyond the initial inspection for building care and integrity. It's rare to get that kind of service and personal attention in today's market. He is an all around great person who cares about educating home buyers, not just checking boxes. I will be a returning customer and recommend him 100%.

Will Decker was not my home inspector, but he graciously took time from his day to take my call and answer all of my concerns about a building with split faced block. His advice was sincere and honest, and he never asked for a dime, even though his expertise warranted some type of compensation, he refused. We had a couple of good laughs on the call too! I highly recommend Will, especially if you are considering a building with split faced block, he knows what he is talking about.
