Hi 5 Home Inspections

We are aspiring homeowners and called about 5-6 different inspectors in the area before choosing our inspector. We decided to go with Hemwant because he had the most and the highest-rated reviews, was very responsive and clear, and he was the most affordable! On the day of the inspection, he showed up early, was very professional and polite, and incredibly knowledgeable - no wonder he's a master inspector! The day after, he provided us a comprehensive report on the house we were looking at and really took the time to get on a call with us and explain everything and answer all questions. We are beyond happy with his service and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!

Mr. Persaud is really amazing at what he does. He takes his time, very thorough, and extremely informative. In his reports he makes sure he gives pictures of the house he’s inspecting and then diagrams to support how things are suppose to look and be functioning. He make sure you know what would be the possible outcome if things are not dealt with. He goes through every part of the report and make sure his clients understand and walk away with knowledge. I would recommend his services to anyone. Excellent experience.
