Leon is an outstanding home inspector!!! He is very detailed and thorough the entire inspection. Price is very reasonable and affordable. From the outside to the inside of the property was check. Inspection was at 9am he was already at the property before 9am ready to take care of business!

Leon was meticulous and inspected every nook and cranny. He was accommodating of us being present during the inspection and was cordial and offered explanations of the process and his opinions throughout. Leon inspected each individual outlet and each and every switch for operation. When we made observations, he offered an explanation or made note in his inspection. Leon was professional and we fully understood and appreciated his fiduciary responsibility but he was realistic and helped us understand the limits of each party’s responsibility in the transaction. Overall, Leon is knowledgeable, courteous, personable, responsible, and conscientious about his business and his reputation.
