Evergreen Property Inspection

We purchased a brand new construction home and we didn’t think there was a need for an inspection prior to purchasing our home. It was a new build. What could possibly go wrong? That was our first mistake. ALWAYS have a home inspection done prior to purchasing a home. When we started running into some issues, we decided to have an inspection done. Sean came out and I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and how well he explained everything as he went along. He is a very kind man as well. He provided a very thorough report that I sent to the builder in the hope of having some necessary corrections made. I have had some questions come up as I am working with the builder and Sean has been quick to answer. He is a top notch guy and has been a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend him.

Sean was Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Sean took his time throughout the inspection to explain everything he was inspecting and then to explain how to best apply long term care to our future home. He took additional time providing best practices after the inspection to ensure we had a full understanding of home ownership and how to best maintain and increase the potential value of our home. He was thorough in his inspection and helped me understand what would need to be done if I wanted to make changes. I really appreciated the PDFs he provided with the summary of things of note. It included pictures and descriptions I continue to use reference, and also a helpful checklist of chores to do annually, quarterly, and monthly to maintain a house and property. He has decades of experience on both ends of building and inspecting homes, and his inspection definitely put my mind at ease about investing in our home.
