Byrd's Eye Inspection

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Anthony Bryd of Brydseye Inspection did an outstanding job with our home inspection. He was thorough, professional, and explained everything clearly. The report was detailed yet easy to understand, and his attention to detail gave us complete confidence moving forward. I highly recommend Anthony Bryd to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable home inspector.

The best in the business. I have used him their services for 6 homes now. They are thorough and highly efficient. The reports are professionally constructed and very clear they know what they are doing.

I had a run with Lennar homes & Anthony pointed out everything that need repair & Lennar kept gas lighting everything that was found expected me to close with none of the major issues resolved. I had to walk away. Byrds eye saved $27,000.00 up front & $320,000.00 headache. Blessings Anthony. Thank you for professionalism .

Absolutely superb level of service. He was very detailed and thorough He answered every question I had and took his time completing the inspection.

Updated review: This is my second time using Anthony as an inspector! He helped us with our first home and did an incredible job. Anthony is very thorough in his inspections and goes in great detail in his reports. Buying a home can be overwhelming especially when you want all the jobs done right. Anthony will do his job right. I highly recommend giving Byrd's EYE Inspection a call. We haven't been disappointed!

STOP LOOKING BOOK THIS SERVICE !! I had a great experience with Anthony, very detailed, he found things on my new home inspection that the builder didnt even notice on a 2024 home, he looks into all the spaces that the normal eye cant see, he did not rush he spent at least 3-4 hours making sure that the home was ready for move in and gave a detailed report to the builder and even came back for a REINSPECTION . I was so LUCKY to have booked this service , because THE PRICE WAS SO LOW , around 300 , everyone else was charging 450-550 which is ridiculous , I wasnt expecting much , but he blew it out of the water , I 100% recommend even the builder was impressed.

Anthony was great. He was always quick in response when I had questions, good with phone call questions. He is very competitive with his pricing and offers courtesies for military members. He did a very thorough inspection, and walked us through everything he did. Received the report the next day, and included a summary pdf for easy reading. You definitely get an amazing experience with Anthony and his company.
