Ken was friendly and thorough, providing helpful advice as he inspected the home and surrounding property. His fully detailed report was delivered in an incredibly timely fashion and gave us a starting point for protecting our home now and in the future. Without a doubt, the reasonable cost was well worth it for the peace of mind and targeted improvements.

Kenny was phenomenal! Incredibly professional and easy to talk to. Took the time to give us a lesson about our new home and where everything was. Ken did a great job on a home I purchased 8 months ago. He was very thorough, took his time, and made sure to answer all of my questions along the way. He identified and documented a number of findings that were useful in finalizing the purchase and level-setting my expectations. Since moving in, there have not been any significant issues that Ken did not identify upfront. Ken will be my first choice for any future inspection needs that I have.

Can't say enough how helpful and personable Ken was during our home inspection. Like many buyers, we ended up waiving the inspection to win the house and accepted the risks of that. We followed along throughout the inspection and Ken was super thorough and patiently answered all the questions we could think of about our new home.
