I was recommended to use Alex from Friend who used him for a home inspection before a purchase. My experience was fantastic. He is very Well mannered and overall just a nice person. I called to schedule an appointment and He was flexible with scheduling. He was punctual for the appointment and got started right away. His inspection did not disappoint. He was extremely thorough and spent what I thought was more than ample time looking over every possible part of the home. I was Communicated with throughout the entire process and he was able to answer all the questions I had. If I was unfamiliar with something he was able to help me understand exactly what to expect if I were to move forward in the purchase process. His report was detailed and prompt. It sent to me in a timely manner from the appointment and included everything I needed. Additionally he offers extra services and was able to snake the main line to the city sewer for me as well. I have a large background in mechanical work and have my own history and experience with inspectors and I can honestly say he is extremely knowledgeable.
