I would give 10 out of 10 stars for this home inspection team! They got us on the schedule quickly and even placed the radon testing several days in advance so we’d have results ready to review during the inspection. Zach, Mark, and Tom arrived early (before we even got there) and immediately impressed us with their thoroughness and attention to detail. They took the time to answer all of our questions patiently and gave a clear, detailed walkthrough of their findings. Within just a few hours, we had a comprehensive report in our inbox complete with notes, photos, arrows, and explanations of both urgent issues and things to monitor in the future. What really stood out was their professionalism combined with great personalities, responsive when we called, proactive with follow-ups, early to the appointment, and genuinely pleasant to work with. The online reviews are absolutely accurate: their level of service is outstanding. Thanks to their expertise and care, our home-buying process was so much smoother. Highly recommend!
