Pillar To Post Home Inspectors - Hans Norr

Hans was incredibly detailed and found a potential problem with the home's foundation that even the seller was not aware of. We are confident that Hans saved us from future problems by completing a thorough inspection. We could not be happier with the service we received!

Wow! I am so glad I used Hans for my inspection on my home purchase! He was so detailed and let me know the homes condition! Thank you Hans and thank you for making my home purchase much easier by giving me a piece of mind that the home is in great condition.

This is Amil Jacobs, Hans did an excellent job on the inspection today. He thoroughly went through everything and wrote all the minor issues and what to do next. Listed all the right away issues that need to be fixed, took pictures, and wrote everything down. Excellent service !!!

Hans was so thorough and professional. He took the time to explain his findings to my husband and I, and clearly answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Pillar to Post for inspection services.

If your realtor suggests this fraud to do your home inspection, RUN AWAY. He either a criminal scam artist or criminally inept "inspector" who won't even bother to see if basic appliances like a furnace or a/c unit is working before he gives the home a clean inspection. Not only am I out $5000 for a replacement furnace, a/c unit in my newly purchased home, but the $540 I paid for the inspection was clearly a complete waste of money. When I let him know, he said my contract stated that he's not liable for anything damaged or not working regardless of his reported findings during the inspection.

Pillar to Post did an excellent job for my home buyer in Surprise. I definitely recommend them to other buyers and plan to use them again. Deborah Mitchell, West USA Realty, Peoria AZ

Had a great experience with Hans team, being the buyer I wanted an inspector that was thorough, great at communication, and flexible with inspection times. Hans delivered all three aspects.
