Recently had Mike from Century Inspection inspect a house for us prior to purchasing. Mike was thorough and did a fantastic job answered any questions and concerns I had and was exceptionally receptive to follow up phone calls weeks after the inspection. I absolutely recommend Century Inspections

Amazing experience! Not only did Steve do a great job with my baltimore city rental inspection- he also took the time to show us how to replace the smoke detectors! Great guy, lots of experience. highly recommend!

Steve was great to work with! He made the process smooth and took his time to thoroughly inspect and go over everything. He walked us through each room of the house and was able to answer any questions we had in regards to the inspection. Steve also let us know that if we have any questions at any time after the inspection, that we could reach out, even after we have closed on the house. I would definitely use Century Inspections again in the future, as well as recommend them to anyone else looking for a home inspection!

I'm so glad I found Century Inspections (Steve) through some Google searching! After speaking with a few inspectors for our first and forever home in the Sykesville, MD area, we went with Steve/Century Inspections. I enjoyed our first phone conversation as he was very knowledgable and honest about what and how he would help inspect our home before closing. We had a pretty tight deadline outlined in our contract, and needed the home inspected, and report provided within 5 business days. Steve turned it around within a day. The actual inspection was extremely throughout! Seve showed my husband and I a few things (tips and tricks) on certain parts of the home. He recommended a few fixes that were not make or break things as well. His honesty, transparency and craft of his trade are fantastic. Steve also welcomed us to Sykesville and recommended a few awesome restaurants and places for us to check out in our new area!
