Dig Deep Home Inspections, LLC

Kevin Clancy is a seasoned professional with outstanding customer service. Dig Deep Home Inspections was able to schedule our inspection quickly with only a few days notice. We needed an inspection on a house built in 1848 and Kevin and his team thoroughly inspected the foundation and structural integrity. Dig Deep provided an extremely thorough report with photographs of all areas of concern as well reviewing the report to speak in detail on how issues may be resolved. Overall I would recommend Kevin and Dig Deep Home Inspections to my friends and family.

Kevin is incredible to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He will explain all of his findings in a detailed report And if I was ever confused he made it clear he is only a phone call away. I would recommend using him to anyone who needs a home inspector, radon testing done, septic tank testing etc. Dig Deep Home inspections is even military friendly! I give them 5 stars. Thank you!

Kevin came to our home and performed an extremely thorough home inspection. Both him and his assistant, his wife Margo, were diligent, professional, and informative. They took the time to give me truthful answers to my questions during the inspection, and on the final report. I will be recommending Dig Deep Home Inspections LLC to all of my friends and family who could use their services!! Thank you!

Kevin and his wife Margo were extremely thorough with both our pre-listing inspection and our new construction inspection! Kevin is easy to get ahold of, responds quickly and is very professional. I felt I received the best possible inspection with them! Kevin also explained things so that someone like myself with no construction or inspection background could easily understand! I highly recommend them!

Called around, didn't get many responses called Kevin got instant success. Very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. Had an issue getting the city there to turn on water he was very patient. I highly recommend this company, I'm buying my first home and they eased all worries I had. Once the inspection is complete you receive an extremely detailed report about your home and everything inside of it. (mine was over 80 pages and very easy to read/understand) I am so happy with the quality of their work and effort. Very professional, informative, and helpful. An absolute hoot as well haha!
