Mold Hound - Mold Dog Inspections

So worth the investment! I have CIRS (mold illness), and my MD recommended finding a mold Hound. Jax was RIGHT. I was reacting post remediation, and Jax detected several areas that had hidden issues. Dmitri also inspected the crawl space & attic where he found more mold. Great combo!!! Thank you for driving over 3 hours to our place! In the video, you see Jax signal at the bathroom vanity. We have never known of leaks here, but it backs to the kitchen that did have an issue. Could not recommend them enough. So far, they've been the most helpful pro in this process.

Having Jax the Mold Hound come and test our future home for mold was one of the best investments in our health we could have taken! The owners are so incredibly knowledgeable and have so much compassion and empathy for people sensitive to mold. Mold Hound is the real deal. They are really special because not only do they have the dog, they have knowledge and experience with mold as well as general contracting. It’s nothing short of miraculous watching Jax the Beagle work. I am amazed and they found the mold in a home I’ve been fixing for 3 years that no one else could find. I would be randomly demolishing my home still looking if I hadn’t used this resource. Will save you time, money and most of all the maddening experience of searching for hidden mold that’s affecting your health.

Having Jax come out and check our home was great! It calmed my fears and confirmed my suspicions! Now to remediate and find out what is causing the mold in the carpets in two rooms! Update: we finally ripped up the carpet and sure enough right where Jax alerted there was evidence of water damage on the subfloor, through the carpet. Glad to get all that grossness out of there! If I could give 100 stars I would. First off, Viktoriya and Dmitri truly care about helping people. I live in Canada, and they drove up here during the snowy winter to help me when I was very unwell. No other mold dog was willing to make the trip, but them. When you’re in a vulnerable place and sick, it’s incredibly rare to find people who genuinely want to help. Secondly, their services were incredible. Dmitri went above and beyond, he visually inspected my attic and whole house with a thermal camera on top of Jax (the mold dog) inspection. It was super cool to watch Jax work, and Dmitri had so much insight and information to help me with the spots Jax alerted to. Even after Jax alerted what seemed like a drawer in my bathroom, we removed the drawer from the room, and Jax no longer alerted, however, when he then passed the drawer which was sitting now on my bed, he again alerted, proving the issue was the drawer, and I didn’t have to remediate the whole cabinet in my bathroom. Things like that, are what makes The Mold Hound an above and beyond service. I truly can never thank them enough for being apart of my healing!
