Noble Fir Home Inspection

Had our first home inspection today with Spencer. He is very amazing and skillful on his work. His report comes out clear showing all the details.We like his service a lot and highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Spencer and Noble Fir Home Inspection enough! I’m a first time home buyer and very new to the whole process. I contacted Noble Fir for a really last minute inspection and Spencer was more than accommodating! Prompt, professional and very knowledgeable with great detailed reports on what we should have been looking for as homeowners. Breaks it down so that even a less than handy person like myself can understand! I don’t think you can ask for better service for your home inspections. I’ll be calling Noble Fir for all my inspection needs!

A friend recommended Spencer at Noble Fir to us for a pre-sale inspection; lucky us, since we had no connections as first-time homebuyers, and Spencer did an outstanding job. He was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of our many, many, many newbie questions with grace and good humor, and gave us great advice around which fixes were most important, what to keep an eye on, and spots to get checked further by specialists. We really appreciated that he stayed onsite longer than expected—it’s a 1940s home with various additions, so has some weird stuff going on—to make sure his report was thorough. And it definitely was! We walked out of the inspection feeling confident that we had enough information to make a good decision. As a bonus, he made his report as he did the inspection, so it was delivered immediately after he gave us the run-down. I can’t recommend Noble Fir enough if you need a home inspection. Spencer’s work was excellent, he was flexible in scheduling, and the price was reasonable.
