I found John after after doing significant research. I wanted to get somebody that is ASHI certified (not InterNACHI) , and external that does not have relationships with local realtors, so I can get unbiased honest inspection. John was much more than that. He was thorough, clearly experienced, and collaborative. He answered all my questions. He provided both a summary and a detailed report, with all the problems clearly marked that will serve as a reference for me, if I decide to purchase this property. I strongly encourage you to use him and also make sure you are with him during the inspection. You will learn a lot about the property, and he will show you how to maintain it properly.

Buying/Building a new house. John has been excellent in working with me through the process for a few months as we waited on builders to get to finish. Phil came out to do the inspection and was very thorough and took time to look through all systems and find potential issues for us. Phil was timely arriving early to the appointments and having a really fast turn around on writing up the punch out report to hand to builders. Would definitely recommend Safe Side Inc
