Class Act Inspections

Class Act was great to work with for our home inspection. Sarah had great communication with us regarding services and arranging the time/date. Chris was professional and thorough in his assessment. We had the reports the same evening of the inspection!

The inspector was through and did a great job. The report was well organized and easy to go through. He joked and played with the kids testing the irrigation. Pricing was fair and service was excellent.

We are trying to buy a house in Bradenton. We have been working closely with a realtor and Class Act was recommended for the inspection. It was a very detailed inspection and greatly appreciated as we do not live in the area. Mostly good things about the property and some not so good but that is what is expected from an inspector. We are thankful for the insights and as said before it was very detailed with pictures of pretty much everything.

Having used thus company before closing on the house, I was VERY happy when Jim was at my door. This man is the complete professional. Polite, friendly, and incredibly thorough. He checks items I would never think of checking. The report he provides gives me even the smallest of items that need attention.
