I had an excellent experience with David Kramer (and Carroll Property Inspections) on two recent property inspections as part of purchasing a new home. His thorough and detailed review is essential for any new home buyer, and I can't recommend his services highly enough. The information and explanations he provided me, in great detail, and the suggestions on what to look into further, gave me the information I needed to avoid a terrible real estate decision as a first time home buyer (a decision I continue to feel better and better about with the benefit of hindsight). His inspection of the second property was just as detailed and complete, but it gave me the confidence to move forward with the decision to purchase (a decision I continue to be glad I made). I was very impressed by his systematic approach to performing a property inspection, and his final report is a very, very helpful tool even now. He's everything a good inspector should be: thorough, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, professional, and a clear communicator. Incredible work by Carroll Property Inspectors. Truly. Even our agent, who sees inspectors of all sorts, said that Steve was one of the best inspectors he'd ever interacted with.
