BEWARE: Worst Company that i have ever dealt with. They will cash your check and not complete the job. I am in the moving business myself and now I know to tell people who not to use. They charged us full price to not complete the job. Our tech himself was ok but his boss made him leave without completing the job to move on to the next customer whom I'm sure they did not complete their inspection either. I used Parker due to their 5 Star Rating but that was not the kind of service that was received. I try to not leave bad reviews but even when reaching out to the office they were no help. They never inspected the septic nor the crawl space. Edited to Add: The owner was less than 5 minutes away. This would not have taken anytime for him to have removed it. The offer to come back also came with additional fees per your less than professional Supervisor that i spoke with. I will not go back and forth on a review with you, i simply want others to be aware that IF there is any issue that you all are not willing to work with your clients in one of the biggest purchases they can possibly have without taking on more fees. They do not give enough time for an inspection to be done properly don't let the 5 stars they show fool you too!!!

We've used Parker Inspections multiple times over the years. Every inspection has been easy to schedule, thorough and the team makes sure to go over everything with you afterward. The report afterwards is very detailed and easy to access / share. Highly recommended!

Andy was very professional and considerate of everyone else's time. He arrived early to start his inspection of the exterior long before our appointment to inspect the interior. The appointment took about an hour. This was HUGE to us considering the inspector for the buyers of our current home took almost 3 hours! The inspection was thorough and the reports were provided within an hour!!! Incredible service and highly recommend!!!

I’ll start my review from the initial phone call. Marcy was so very sweet and such a pleasure to speak with. She was beyond knowledgeable and polite and did everything she could to make sure my experience was top notch. On inspection day, I was pleasantly surprised with Andy and his team. They showed up early and went straight to work. The roof was completed before I even arrived! This team was beyond professional, knowledgeable and paid very close attention to detail. They walked the exterior of the home then made their way inside all while taking note on each item they found. Both inspectors answered any questions I had during the inspection and took time to explain in detail anything I needed an explanation to. When inspection was complete Andy took time to go over the full report with me and answered any questions I had. I had the report in my email within minutes of completion. And let’s not forget to mention the pie. That’s always a nice surprise! I highly recommend Parker Inspections and will personally be using them in the future! Thank you again for doing such a wonderful job. You guys are great!
