Joe Glass is extremely detailed, friendly, arrives early, goes over everything thoroughly, report is easy to read and he had mine by the end of the day, he charges alot less than other home inspectors. Advises you of problems he finds along the way. Thank you Joe, a job well done.

He was very thorough. We actually pulled out of a home we were under contract for because he found things we had overlooked (there was no heat source in the master bedroom! What?!?!) and then used him again on a home we did end up purchasing. Also, because of his details on the inspection, we felt we had leverage to negotiate the price because he picks up EVERYTHING, so you do have to know what to ignore Great for a buyer.

Although the inspector was very thorough he seems to have had little knowledge about what he was actually inspecting. He listed multiple things on the inspection sheet that cause the purchaser to worry about the condition of the home, forcing sellers to hire professionals in those fields only to find out there are no issues in the first place. On his report he did not actually list specific problems, he will just state that there might be something wrong. He is a great inspector for the buyer due to his overall lack of knowledge but terrible for the seller.

Paid to have water test done for my new mortgage and needed it in-order to close, now I have to pay another company to re do the test because they didn't complete the test,and refuses to redo it now that he is paid! I now have to obtain an additional extension and hire someone else to do the job to close on my house! My mortgage company,realtor, and my self have been trying to contact him for the last week,and he finally txt me back and said to find someone else ! He will not give a refund. I will be contacting the BBB and filing a complaint.

Joe Glas does a great job...very thorough (which is a good thing in my opinion. Seeing reviews where people are saying he's too thorough...how is that possible??) & reasonably priced! Highly recommend this company!!!

Joe has been the home inspector for many of our clients. He is on time, honest and affordable.

They inspected my house and left the heat on while windows were open and also left bottle of die on the bathroom floor. I have children, leaving chemicals on the floor is not safe. Also propane is not cheap and I don’t like to heat the outside.
