Tim was amazing and very thorough! He walked us through everything he found and patiently explained what that meant for us. He also took the time to show us where all the important things were around the house so we knew where to look in case of emergency. He was professional, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable! I have used a number of different inspectors over the years some good and some I will never recommend, the experience with ProSafe was very good! They did an excellent job and I really appreciate the way they presented the negative things they found in the home. I have seen inspectors actually scare buyers by the way the present the things they find.

I chose ProSafe Inspections because of the transparency of their rates on their website—every other company on my list required a phone call for a quote. Tim was our home inspector, and you could genuinely tell he is passionate about his job and enjoys educating his clients. He made us feel comfortable, and it was easy to trust both him and his expertise. I was initially a little uneasy about the limited number of reviews, but seeing that every single one was 5 stars reassured me—and I want to highlight this for anyone else who might feel the same hesitation. Our inspection report had about a three-hour turnaround after Tim finished, making the whole process quick and seamless. Highly recommend!
