Dry Basement Foundation Repair of Wichita

Chris came out today to look at our basement issue/concerns. He was prompt, courteous, thorough and very honest. He made some recommendations which we intend to followup with fixing. I appreciate all those qualities which are sadly so rare these days. I would definitely recommend this company that obviously hires knowlegable/professional individuals.

People in this line of work have to be trustworthy and honest, and Chris is all that and hard-working, too. Had him out for an estimate last week and he was thorough and informative. For the estimate and inspection, he went the extra mile (in a dank and dirty crawl space no less). When the work went outside of his scope (a related problem, not foundation, etc) Chris made a solid and immediate recommendation. I know that if I ever have another issue anything like this, I'm calling Dry Basement Foundation Repair first.

I waited about a month and several thunderstorms before I posted this review. DePaul and Chris were fantastic to work with! We've been struggling with a badly leaking basement for a couple of years now. Every time we thought we found the problem spot a new one would pop up. Chris was able to come in find the issues and recommend solutions that did not require us to impede on our neighbors. I had looked at another company first and their bid came in much higher than this one and with a lot of work being done on the exterior of the house causing there to be need for a lot of hand digging that was done on the interior of our house this time. DePaul and his crew were respectful, clean, efficient, kind, and good sports. They communicated well and worked quickly. In fact, they were actually done 3 days before I expected. We have had several good thunderstorms since then and there hasn't even been a hint of moisture where it shouldn't be. I applaud Dry Basement for doing what needed to be done and NOT adding on extra bits just to pad the company's pockets. I appreciate the fact that Chris was accurate and precise in his assessment. I will be recommending this company to friends and family in the future as it appears I will not be needing their services any longer. They did a fantastic job! * Pictures from before, during, and after process. We hadn't done any clean up at this point.

I had Chris come out to look at the newest issues with our foundation. Each time he has come out, he has been professional, on time, and explained what was to be done and what to expect! I highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to do so!

Chris Klausmeyer came to my home today to give me an estimate on some repairs. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He spent a good amount of time going over the work I was interested in having done. He explained the process for the repairs and answered all of my questions. Would recommend!

Dry Basement Foundation repair gave me an estimate on our homes foundation. After the complete professional evaluation it was determined I did not need any foundation repair. The service tech was professional in every way. I feel that honesty is worth a five-star review. I highly recommend this company if you're in need of foundation repair.

This is our yard on June 21st after the company did repairs on our foundation. This is currently what our yard still looks like. Company said someone would be coming to fix this mess. A month later, no one has been back to fix or even contact us. They took zero care when drilling in the basement sheetrock walls. They covered nothing with plastic & did. It seal off a work area to prevent dust from blowing through out the house. I would not recommend using this company.
