We met Alan a few weeks ago when we did the inspection on the house we bought. He was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I walked with him while he inspected the house inside and outside. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and to prioritize what needed to be repaired. The next day, we received and detailed report of the inspection. I would definitely recommend Alan. We had a phenomenal experience with him!

I found Alan to be very professional and extremely thorough. He spent several hours inside and outside the property and provided an extremely detailed report. He spent about 30 minutes with me onsite to walk through and point out issues and summarized everything in an easy to understand report. He was good at explaining faults in lay terms and provided sound recommendations for remedying the issues. He was definitely worth the money and I would recommend his services to other home buyers.

As a first home buyer Alan was the perfect choice for us. He explains very clearly and simply all the technical terms, he distinguishes between the important issues that need immediate remediation and the less important issues that you can live with or fix later on after moving. His report is very thorough with a lot of observations including pics and explanations. He gave us recommendations of what the next steps for fixing things he found are. We enjoyed working with him and definitely work with him again if needed.
