Church was very detailed and thorough with his inspection and report. He made sure we understood exactly what we were getting. I will be using Chuck again, and would recommend him to others!

I can't recommend Chuck high enough! He is the only inspector that I will refer to my buyers for their home inspection. He does a thorough inspection and walks my buyers through the entire report on site, which no other inspector is doing, and it is a MAJOR value add to my business. All of my buyers have had wonderful feedback about their experience with Chuck!!

I would highly recommend Chuck and Pillar to Post for your home inspections. He was prompt and waiting for us at the home prior to the scheduled time. He set up chairs, a small table with snacks and drinks and even a table cloth to make sure the buyers and I were comfortable during the inspection. He was very thorough with the inspection and spent plenty of time with the buyers, not only discussing the final report, showing them each detail of the home. He was honest in explaining the items that could wait and were not critical. He also changed his shoes between inspecting the roof and coming indoors! He had the full report to the buyer immediately and we went over it on site. It was clear he cares about his job and the people!

Chuck did an awesome job on my home inspection! He even set up a small table with a couple of chairs and brought snacks! I felt that he was very thorough and knowledgeable about everything. He provided a binder with the inspection report that looked great and was very easy to read and understand.

Chuck was extremely thorough. Very personable, he didn't at all mind when I bugged him about my concerns as he went about his business. He brought snacks and drinks for all the 'observers,' including myself and a couple of family members and my realtor - who does that????? The final product (inspection report, 360 view, floorplan, etc.) was absolutely professional. If I ever need another home inspection, I'll be very disappointed if Chuck is not available!!!!!

We showed up to a nice layout of snacks and goodies provided by Chuck for our wait. After the inspection process, Chuck was punctual with sending the report and made absolutely sure that we were satisfied. He even gave us a coupon!

Our experience was phenomenal! Being a newly constructed home, the detail and time spent by Chuck was welcomed. Our P2P representative wore a mask and observed Covid safety protocol which was much appreciated. The booklet with descriptions, pictures and with the added home details were an added bonus.
