This rating is much belated, but not any less glowing. The services & help that we received from the Home One Improvement team went above and beyond our expectations. My husband and I have had two, bare bones, open storage rooms, downstairs in our bi-level home. Our washer/dryer was in a most awkward hallway position due to the previous owners--and we weren't quite sure how to make that space work more efficiently (and aesthetically) for us. Tom came out and took measurements, talked us through the whole process of moving our laundry units, updating the plumbing & electrical, and framing out a new (large) reach-in closet. He even brought up aspects of the project that I had not thought of, which was incredibly helpful. Their quote came back at just the right price point. Their crew arrived exactly when they said they would—and they did a fantastic (professional) job of hearing me out about placements and details. They treated our home with respect and crafted that old, drab space into exactly what I had envisioned. I’m especially grateful that their electrician added more lights than I had thought we needed because it has proved to brighten up the space with beautiful clarity. All in all, we are beyond grateful for our new and improved laundry room/closet area. We have added useful and beautiful square footage to our home. I would recommend Home One to anyone who is considering a renovation, and I will gladly reach out to them in the future when we are ready to tackle our (dream) bathroom renovation as well.

Just finished rebuilding our deck, putting a roof over our deck and concrete patio, and screening in the deck. Great group to work with. Got the job done on time in spite of recent challenges acquiring materials, gave lots of good suggestions in the planning process as well as throughout the build, crew was very nice, kept the job site clean every day, and price was fair for the quality of work done. Would recommend 100%, and we'll definitely be reaching out to them for other remodeling work we have planned down the road.

Had Home One clean my gutters. They were on-site in less than a week of my contact with a job well done in an hour and the best price! Highly recommend!!

Home One came quickly and did a great job on my caulking jobs. And a bonus, they helped trouble-shoot a light socket that wasn't working. I'll definitely use them again!

I can't say enough nice things to portray how good an experience I've had with Home One: Tom, Mike, Andrew and Dave. Tom was able to think outside the box on how to fix a problem at our front stoop. He is genuine and up front. Mike, Andrew and Dave are all hard workers and care about the work they perform. I had a sewing table constructed, a new door installed and a new front porch constructed- over our existing stoop. We will be sure to call them again. My husband is already conjuring up a list of things for them to come back and help us to fix/repair!

Just the thought of remodeling a kitchen is stressful, but Home One made it as easy and smooth as possible. They were always helpful and considerate, and they did an amazing job. They took care of everything so I didn't have to worry about anything. Better than I ever imagined!
