Ideal Property Solutions was our choice to for replacing the roof due to hail damage. Joe was the contact person from IPS. Dan is the owner and will bend over backwards to make you a happy homeowner. I don't know much when it comes to painting exteriors, and the insurance did not cover my garage, so they told me some good tips on how to do it myself to saver more money. I'm very appreciative for the knowledge they shared on that. We went from a boring color of beige to an eye soothing gray/blue in a matter of 2 weeks. The roof was put on within 48 hours of signing papers. They work with your insurance company and find a way to make it so you pay very little out of pocket. Cho was a great guy to work with and needs to take more days off with the amount of time he puts in. I hope he reads this and takes a nice vacation! Great company and professional workers who did the roof and siding.

Chong Cho drove up and approached us after a hail storm. Checked out my roof and said it needed replacement. I gave him my info and he made a claim through my insurance after I called him minutes after leaving my home to not call the insurance to do anything yet as I wanted a second opinion from a local contractor. I called him twice and he didn't pick up. Suddenly I get an email that I had a claim filed. He conveniently drove back minutes after my attempts to contact him, only to hammer his sign into my yard. I tried calling and texting him multiple times with no answers to talk about the adjustor the insurance company was sending out. No call back, no texts. Be careful. I'll be using a local roofing company.
