After a strong storm in Inglewood, I had Duane from a local roofing company come out and check for a roof leak around my chimney. At first, my insurance company denied the claim, saying there was no hail damage to the shingles, even though they admitted there was hail damage to the gutters, garage doors, and metal fixtures. Duane didn't give up—he came back, took detailed photos of all the damage, and resubmitted the claim for me. Even when the claim was denied again, Duane kept pushing and got the claim escalated to the insurance company’s management. After they reviewed all the evidence, they approved a full roof replacement, along with new gutters, screens, and garage doors. Once the roofing materials arrived, Duane’s crew got right to work. They tore off and replaced my old roof all in one day, and the next day, they installed the new gutters. The roofers and gutter team were very professional and efficient. They made sure all my landscaping and flowers were protected, picked up every piece of debris, and even swept the yard and driveway for nails. Overall, I’m really impressed with how hard they worked and the high-quality job they did.
