From the first call, coming out on a holiday and giving a quote within an hour, to his excellent communication, returning phone calls and messages right away - he was excellent with customer service. The quote was not far off from the end invoice - I needed some extra wood pieces. He came out on site a few times a day to make sure everything was going smoothly. He explained what to expect along the way. His team was respectful and left the area spic and span every day before they left. You won't go wrong choosing them for your roofing needs.

Mike was incredible! He really takes the time to educate the consumer (me in this instance) about their situation. He’s extremely knowledgeable, transparent and caring. I can tell that he takes great pride and passion in his work. The best part, he’s a truly down to earth guy which makes it easy to do business with.

The repair took a couple days longer than expected but it was worth it! Michael came back twice to make sure the job was done correctly and noticed discrepancies I wouldn’t have known to look for. Clearly, integrity and quality are top of the list for these guys. It shows. Great work!

If you need a honest and friendly roofing company then I highly recommend that you call Micheal at Iroof. They did a great job on a leak repair in January 2024. Came back today to repair some loose flashing. I will continue to use this company in the future. Hope you will too.
