We can not begin to express our gratitude to Zack and Mark for their commitment to get our house repaired after approximately 70K worth of damage to our home. The job finished recently on time, and with the highest level of professional and compassion. Their customer service was top notch. They stayed in contact with us inspected contractors regularly and responded to every question we had as worked through the damage. We would highly recommend Zach, Mark and their team of movers. (Kara, Sheila, Charlotte and Kain) those movers were awesome. Had no issues with heavy furniture and safely packaging our belongings. They unpacked our stuff! We had NO issues with breakage or scratching. The tilers were amazing and we are so pleased. I hope this recommendation expresses our appreciation to Jenkins! I would like to thank Jenkins restoration company for doing a wonderful job to our house, my house was caught on fire and I was caught inside the house. My name is Keith, we had wonderful people working on our house.Iam very thankful for our contractors Steve Walters and Chuck labucki. After having a house fire and needing a complete gut and rebuild over the course of 9 months, Jenkins Restorations has been great to work with. They always had my best interest in mind and made sure I always understood the process. It’s important to know when dealing with insurance claims that there is a lot of money (depreciation) held back until the job is complete. The held back funds never stopped Jenkins from continuously progressing on our project. Brian, Jesse, and Chuck were all great to work with and were very communicative throughout the whole process. There are a lot of choices when you go through something like this and I highly recommend this company to help you get the job done.

Jenkins Restoration has been absolutely amazing so far. My son accidentally flooded my house, by leaving a reptile of mine in a running bathtub. (Yes, the reptile is fine). Unfortunately, this resulted in my master bathroom, master bedroom, hallway, and adjacent bedroom upstairs becoming saturated. I had water pouring from my ceiling in my living room, my reptile room, and into the walls and flooring in both rooms. My insurance company recommended a couple of moisture mitigation and recovery companies, we selected Jenkins Restoration. Tyler was absolute phenomenal in his response time and communication. He kept me updated, and even explained the demolition process as it was taking place. He never over promised but certainly delivered above and beyond! Tyler, DJ and Heather were super clean, super professional, and incredibly friendly. They were even kind enough to explain things to my son, who kept apologizing for the whole fiasco. When it came time to start packing out and moving things, Omar and his crew were also fantastic. He had 3 crew come out to pack out the necessary rooms, and help me relocate my reptiles out of the flooded room. The staff was friendly, professional, and I cannot say enough amazing things about a crew of individuals who have a phobia of reptiles, being willing to help relocate over 60 snakes!!! I am excited to get moving forward on the next step of this process once the insurance finishes the quote. I highly recommend this company and their staff!
