Very nice and professional people. They came right on time and took care of several plumbing issues. A couple of the problems were nothing more than tightening some screws on the back of the toilet since it was moving slightly and unlock a piece of the flushing mechanism that had become stuck. I also had a leak in the kitchen faucet, wich required changing the cartridges. The manufacturer had sent them to me earlier. During this process, Marc showed me the pipes under the sink that were in very bad condition , they were installed in 1987 when the building was constructed. He and Bob changed everything under the sink and it looked great, unfortunately after they left I noticed a slight leak and called the company again. Within 10 minutes they were back and had to change another section near to the wall. I thought they were very professional and reasonable in their pricing (did not charge me for the bathroom issues) . I am very happy with this experience because when you are old, everyting regarless of its complexity is stressfull. I will be recommending this company to everyone else in the condo

I have always had great service from JJM. Desiree who answers the phone is always polite and helpful. They have almost always come the same day. Marc is awesome, friendly, knows his stuff, and is a pleasure to work with. And he explains things and does not treat you like an idiot. Just today he was here to install a washing machine after PC Richards majorly screwed up.

Very professional, on time and efficient. Needed work done in the bathroom for my tenant. Price was competitive, work was excellent. Hopefully I won't need them again for a while, but if I do I won't hesitate to call them. He told me the price up front, before and work was done. Yes, I would recommend them.

They installed the boiler. At least 4x (less than 4 years since installation) i have had to call for maintenance due to no hot water. They tell me they need parts and it takes 5 weeks to return. Then no hot water again, and again the same problem. Customer service is condescending and work is shabby. They are not accredited with Better Business Bureau.

Expensive. Didn't tell me how much it would be until he was finished. It took him 90 seconds to remove the broken piece of the shower diverter. 5 minute drive to the store to purchase the part for less than 20$ and then 3 minutes to put it back in. Didn't get his hands dirty. Didn't open a wall or cut a pipe. Only used a plier and a screwdriver. My jaw dropped when he said 245$. Mind boggling where he got that price from. Makes me sick. Would not use again!

Thanks to JJM Plumbing we avoided our flat from being flooded last Sunday. While we were away a small leakage has appeared in the kitchen and when we got back we saw it was about to expand. Thanks to the fast reaction of JJM Plunbing the leak was stopped and no greater damaged was caused.

Called a fancy call center. It's an emergency boiler not working. Technician called the day after at 11AM when we where at work and expecting us to run home because they close at 4 PM (Yes 4PM!). Without knowing what the problem was they wanted to charge an extra $175 to come at "night".
